Did a great job & I also was given a printout from a guy in the service area on what I have left on my toro warranty. This meant a lot to me that he volunteered this info. It's too bad I don't remember his name. I asked for a business card; however, he said he didn't have them yet. He was very nice, friendly & informative. He was a tall black handsome guy. If that helps with the gentleman that helped me with knowing what I had left on my toro package. As I'm a senior living on fixed income so I wanted to know so I'd know how to plan & save for upcoming maintenance payments going forward. I did purchase the 2k warranty package at the Toyota of Gastonia.
Yes it was fast and your employees were very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t take my truck to any other shop.

There were two items I was not completely satisfied with. The first, when I checked in, I stated I had a warranty on my tires that I had recently purchased them from Toyota of Gastonia and although when booking online it indicated I would owe approximately $28, this should be covered. She assured me she would check and update the file as needed. When checking out, Josh stated I owed approximately $32. When I told him no, he looked at me funny and asked why I thought I did not owe anything when I explained to him that I had a warranty on the tires, he said he didn't have time to look it up but would take care of it later. I firmly requested that he look it up to ensure my account did show a warranty on the tires. Secondly, I had to wait almost 1 and 1/2 hours to get a simple tire repair performed. At the hour mark I asked the status and Josh informed me you patch tires not simply plug them and it takes longer than a simple plug. I used to work at a shop and did tire repairs both simple plugs as well as patches. It is true a patch takes longer, but not an hour, more like 30 minutes. After reviewing the text messages I received, I now know why it took an hour and a half. Although I was there for a simple tire repair, your complimentary inspection was also performed on my vehicle. I had my vehicle in very recently for a service, so there was no need to perform your complimentary inspection for a simple tire repair. I understand completing your complimentary inspection if a vehicle is not been there for quite some time or if it is there for a true service, but for a tire repair?? That is a bit over the top, especially when the complimentary inspection over doubles the time it takes to return the vehicle to the customer.
I asked for my regular maintenance to be completed since my car was already at the dealership and it wasn’t. Now I have to come back on Friday.
KC was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He understood my concerns and was able to put my mind at ease.
