Ryan was great! From the moment I spoke with him over the phone and helped me with a tire quote and them my interactions with him in person. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. He may be the reason we may leave Concord and start coming to you guys. I noticed the positive difference in your service team and really glad about it.

Michael Caballo, was AWESOME. Very nice, friendly and helpful. He make you feel very welcomed to be there at Toyota. I don't know him like I know Kim but he made me feel like I don't have to worry about my car and he gives you a peace of mind. Mr Cavallo is a KEEPER, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Why do you park the cars in the rear when there is a 3rd lane inside not being utilized? (not looking for the obvious answer of it’s a space thing) My car was probably one of the last of the day. I’m certainly not opposed to walking but I have an achilles injury & I’m told the car is right outside the door but it was not. It was a good ways away. Why are cars not returned inside the service area? I’ve spent time in many service areas at Honda, Acura, and Lexus and never have I ever had to walk a significant distant in the dealerships back lot. Returning a customer’s car inside or out front is a detail that makes the service experience better.

Service(oil change) experience was exceptional. Done in a timely manner and I showed up on a Friday afternoon oil change was done in less than one hour.
