Jessica and Justin provided me with the most thorough evaluation of my 2002 Toyota Highlander and the recommended repairs needed, with price estimates! The Air Conditioning compressor was the priority on this visit, but I have to evaluate the future repair costs versus car payments for approximately 6 years. I am sure the V6 is only 1/2 way through it's lifespan, at my present mileage of 163,399 miles. Toyota quality and the great people that the dealership employs, are the reasons I keep coming back! Eddie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, kind, concerned, and the list of positive attributes continues. I would not want to work with anyone other than him. He makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. He takes pride in his job. He is the epitome of an outstanding employee. After a number of poor interactions with Toyota of Gastonia, he is the reason I stay. I know I can trust him. With all the competition out there Toyota should strive to have more employees like him. Management should learn from him how to treat people and be honestly sincere.

I always feel super rushed as soon as I pull in to get out of my car and get the baby out. I asked the girl that was moving the cars to place a piece of plastic on the seat section under their bum because I just had my seats sanitized. She told me she would but I watched from the window at the parts department and she didn’t. When I checked out I asked her one more time and she lied directly to my face.
Everything was fine as I expected. The only thing was at checkout I asked for the overview of the service check information that needs to be fixed in the near future for my timing and budgeting needs.I. Did not receive it with the copy of my bill. Pleas email me the information so I can plan my next service visit.

Had an appointment for 2:30pm. Didn't leave until after 4:00pm and it wad a simple service. It's pointless to make am appointment.
Requested service was not performed! Contacted Serv. Mgr. after returning home and found discrepancy. Will return tomorrow.
This is my first time meeting Mr Gaddy And it was a very pleasant encounter. Very personable in the service area. Makes you laugh even though you are about to spend money.
