I came in on 6/12/24 for a tire rotation, oil change, and fuel treatment. My car has not been driving right since my visit. My car felt like it was pulling something or a tire was wobbling. Upon investigation I notice my back left tire wire and thread is showing and it like something by is burning the tire.

Too many recommended services that had been performed not that long ago. Example: need to replace rack and pinion which was replaced just 72,000 miles ago. Original lasted 216,000 miles. Would like an explanation of this.
