I have a new Buick envision avenir and in 5000 miles the dang radio, clock, navigation, and full screen stopped working. Your service people said it would take weeks to repair. Not thrilled.

Incredible service!

They left a mess in my engine bay, again. Last time they spilled the used oil from the filter and it took me half an hour to get it all cleaned out from the subframe. This time they did a coolant flush and there was pink coolant EVERYWHERE. There was also used motor oil on my bumper winch. I brought the truck back around and a young lady at the service/cashier area called two techs out to clean it up when I showed it to her. They did a very quick, poor job then walked off. She saw it was still nasty and cleaned the rest up herself. She seemed to be the only one who cared about returning my truck at least as clean as when I dropped it off. I’ve had my truck serviced there exclusively since its purchase there in 2015. The service used to be great, but these last few services I’ve had consistent issues with the techs spilling large amounts of fluids, scratching rims with the impact wrench, and not cleaning up. Everyone is always friendly, but I shouldn’t have to fork out over 600 dollars for fluid changes when half the fluid is splashed around on my engine compartment. If your records show who the tech was, I’d prefer he/she not work on my vehicle again if I decide to bring it back in. Thanks

Problem was diagnosed and repaired

Instead of up-selling me on a bunch of services should have concentrated on installing my skid plate correctly(missing a bolt) and letting me know about the debris that was attached to the cv boot on passenger side

All items were completed in the estimated time frame
