Again there are not enough words for his outstanding commitment to provide the best experience for his customers. Professional, honest, trustworthy, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, reassuring, and the list goes on and on. Even if someone else checks you in, Eddie is there to make sure you are completely satisfied and all your questions and concerns are answered. That is what others do not do. Customer satisfaction keeps customers coming back. Without customers then busy will dwindle away.

I took my Camry because the tire pressure indicator light would not go off. This same Toyota service dept had plugged one of my tires 5 months ago. They told me I needed a new tire, it had been plugged too near the wall! Guess what, THE VERY SAME SERVICE DEPARTMENT PLUGGED IT!!!! Long story, I don’t think they even read all the tires pressure, they sold me a new tire!!!!’ I left and the SAME TITE PRESSURE WAS STILL ON!!!!!! I took it back and they said I needed a NEW SENSOR!!!! They ripped me off, plane and simple!!! They owe me the $234.oo I paid for a tire I don’t need!!!! That Gastonia Toyota service has gone to the bad side!!!! They have serviced my cars for over 10 years and they ripped me off like this !!!! It is theft!!!!! I am done with Toyota loyalty because of Gastonia NC service department!!! ****-****-xxxx. Ann D

My only complaint is that after receiving the text that my vehicle was done, I went into the service area to see what I needed to do and get a report on my vehicle and stood there for at least 5 minutes while one woman helped the customer in front of me and none of the other workers acknowledged or assisted me. There were 3 others sitting at desks working. Otherwise everything was good.
