2 items: my general settings were not reset; also asked for my tire pressure to be checked on each tire -- no response on invoice tires were checked? Was pressure checked????

Your service writer called the owner of the vehicle who was working in a busy manufacturing facility, then was rude to the person driving the vehicle who was waiting for the car. We have done business with Toyota of Gastonia for years and never been treated in this manner which should be unacceptable as an employer who is customer service based.

Service tech was unable to talk and explain damage. Notes on statement used words like ”might” or “could”. No diagnostic help.
