We were pleased with the service but not so much with receiving a text for a survey about it at 7am on the weekend.

Eddie was great and the others that help me except the guy with mustache, he talked to me like I was a child and wasn’t friendly at all. He did hold my bag for me to sign iPad. But that’s about it and I think he only did that because I said well dang they were much nicer yesterday to the older man Walker maybe, who clearly was trying to apologize about the other guy.
Half of what I asked for was completed, but I was charged full price.

We had work done in the body shop from damage at a car wash. Y’all called me said it was competed on 7/16/24. Came to pick it up airbag light was on brought it back on 7/16/24. Said I had to bring it back on 7/17/2024 to get it fixed. Had to get off work twice just because body shop should have seen light on had fixed before I came to pick it up the first time had about 4 hours lost wage’s and 3 trips to Gastonia.gas and miles on my highlander.
