I sat for two hours for them to do a simple tire rotation and check why I have so much vibration in the back right tire.
Clay told me they couldn’t find anything and told me it’s a “South Carolina truck” so it will take a beating due to the roads- what?
This is especially frustrating because I was the 3rd person there when you opened Tuesday morning.
I asked if they rebalanced the back right tire (which would have been the obvious quick check) and he said they didn’t do that.
Having warranty issues with my truck and I believe the service department did not take the proper time or care to fully diagnose my concerns.
I had 6 concerns that should have taken more time and driving effort to make a diagnosis.
Instead I believe that I was hurried through the shop because of the rental car that was given me so as to minimize the cost to warranty or the dealership. With the moto of “going the extra mile “ Toyota of Gastonia did not live up to.
The service was great and Jessica was very professional , kind and polite. Very satisfied.
Danielle diagnosed the problem right away it was fixed in less than 45 minutes and I was on my way! AWESOME job Danielle. Keep up the good work ????
Devon was a great guy. Very friendly & eager to help. Devon wasn't the problem. My car that I bought brand new at this dealership in 2016, shouldn't have the seat belts coming apart. The car wasn't abused. It was well taken care of. Yet a manufacturer's defect with my seat belts was gonna cost me nearly $400 to fix. My wife & I both bought new cars in 2016 from this dealership. We love Toyota. But unfortunately we won't purchase another one. My car is 8 years old. The seat belts shouldn't be coming apart, then Toyota trying to charge me $400 to fix them. That's not right. I think Toyota should make it right.
