My issue regarding the speedometer that I wanted to have checked at the 5k service was written on the work order but was not read so was not resolved. I was told that I would have to come back since they didn’t read the work order until I inquired about it when they told me the car was complete. Also the paperwork regarding the multipoint inspection was incomplete leading me to believe that the tires were not rotated and the air pressure was not checked.

Mike was great to work me in as I was traveling through when thev issue showed up.He was straight forward in getting me know my problem and the options. Tech did a priv8edure that should have been down by the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I may have my warranty work transferred to Gastonia. Good job!
