I’ll start with all of the positives I experienced. I admit I was a little rattled when I called to make my appt, that’s because I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and the roadside assistance line kept disconnecting on me. The gentleman instructed me to use the SOS button, which I’ve never had to use before so I was grateful. After discovering the roadside assistance would not have a Toyota Wheel Lock Key and they would instead need to tow my car, I made other arrangements. My husband brought me my wheel lock key, we got the donut on, and I called back to schedule an appt for a tire replacement. The gentleman that guided be through the SOS button and appt making was the same. He didn’t seem pleased with the amount I called trying to figure things out just before they closed, but he was pleasant enough and helpful. On appt day, the gentleman that checked in my car for the appt was the friendliest. I got situated in the waiting area and spoke with my husband. I had originally agreed to a double tire replacement and he was adamant that I not do that since my tires only have 13k miles of wear. I texted the service department and asked if I could only do one, against what felt like their better judgement, they obliged my request. After waiting nearly 3 hours for a single tire replacement with an scheduled appointment, my name was finally called to pay. I went to the cashier area and waited in line. I am not satisfied with the level of service because the issue concerning my defective cigarette lighter and console plug in adapters were not repaired. This was my second attempt to get a resolution to those items and after I had the technicians work on it today they returned the vehicle in the very same condition in which I left it which was not repaired at all. The service advisor said the first time the vehicle was serviced that the technicians placed the fuse in the wrong slot therefore causing it not to function properly. Today the service technician said that everything was a go but when I left the dealership and began traveling I noticed that neither the cigarette lighter or the center console were working. This is unacceptable and it has wasted a lot of my time and money. I spent over $100 for a diagnostic and yet my vehicle is still not repaired. I was told that I need to come in for a third time. How many times do I need to return to get a cigarette lighter adapter fixed? From here on out I will take my vehicle back to Charlotte and have it serviced at the dealership in which I purchased it from. I have wasted too much time and sitting around and not getting the vehicle properly serviced.

My windshield washer fluid wasn't filled, I thought this was something yall did with the inspection
I asked the service advisor like to tell techs to be careful with the wheels when they rotate since I had bad experiences with another dealer on another vehicle. Got the car back and 2 wheels had chips on them. Kevin another service advisor said he would talk to the manager but haven’t heard anything over 24 hours now. This was my cars first service and I bought the vehicle here

Excellent and quick service
Good service experience with Jessica Pullen. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a full check and noted a few things that needed to be fixed. Jessica noted the ones that needed more prompt attention and even wrote down the cost for each one--which we will do on the next visit. Thank you Jessica.
