I was completely satisfied with Michael! His professionalism and customer service are always impeccable. I noticed later when I got home that there was grease all over my glove box where I had AC service and cabin air filter changed out. Please remind Darrell to inspect vehicle after completing service and turning back over to the customer. I spend a lot of money having dealer service. I expect more professionalism.

Eddie took his time to explain personally about the tires and informed me of a sale during the month of October . He recommended I change the tires sooner than later in view of the coming winter. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service!
