Customer service experience was good
I have been getting my Corolla serviced there since new in 2006 . This was by far the worst experience I had there. I was there do about 3 hours . Then the cashier did let me use the rewards on my Toyota visa rewards card . I was supposed to get free tires for the life of my car as long as I owned it but it seems that’s not the case anymore. I had several charges I didn’t understand. And after being there that long and with my blood sugar falling, I have diabetes. I didn’t feel like auguring with the cashier ????

She was very attentive, addressed my visit being swift, knowledgeable and treated me like a person (not a dollar sign) she advised me of the inspection of my vehicle without being pushy… Kudos to her and should be awarded at least a $20 gift card for Starbucks!!! CSR’s like her is the reason why I go to your location for my car’s service.

He couldn't be a better representative as well as knowledgeable of the product he represents He is not one to pass requests to someone else for which he can do himself without anyone knowing the extra he went to satisfy a customer- me! He was a pleasure.
