I explained when I got there that this was now my second appointment for this reason and he didn’t even really listen to me. He told me he knew exactly what was wrong with my car even when I tried to tell him what the lady had told me last time. They replaced the battery and when I just started my car up to run an errand, it is still doing what I brought it to be checked out for. I asked for the Start system check that the lady told me to request and he said he would start with the battery and move from there even though I have already had my battery checked by yall in June and they said it was fine then and I told him that. He told me the regular battery check passed but the low battery check failed. I just want whatever is making my car sound like it’s not going to start, to be fixed. This is very frustrating.
