My experience with all the Toyots staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful with questions.
Was told brake fluid was to be changed every 60k miles, but I had to tell her that fluid was based on time not miles due to moisture content. Tried to sell me cabin filter change when I just did that a few months ago. Had another blue paint mark on driver's door from service lift. Second instance for this happening. Otherwise, pleased with friendliness of staff and speed of service done.

Michael Cavallo and the technicians have helped me greatly in checking and fixing my 4runner which was within warranty. He got parts ordered right away and has arranged fixing it as soon as they received the parts needed. Excellent service!
