I do wish that when I made the appt for an oil change and if needed i wanted my tires rotated… i wish i was told then that i wasnt due for oil change. I waited 2 hours … i went to pay and was told i owed for tire rotation but it wasnt time for oil to be changed. I never would have spent my day off 2 hours for rotation … and with the rotation i would have thought they would have checked and filled my tires. I had to stop at a tire place tonite after work to pump up tires because tire pressure light was on.
Everyone was friendly. I was sent a video of the technician doing a quality check of my car explaining everything that he was doing. I was very satisfied with the service on my vehicle

Communicated throughout the service with updates. He let me know of additional services that were needed in way that wasn’t pressuring . Pointed out repairs that were of concern and those that weren’t pressing.

Nothing additional. Required tire pressure increase in all four tires.
Distressing, poor organization, flow, information, knowledge from everyone we encountered.
From pulling in with an appointment and standing by car not be acknowledged for several minutes- to having to show the representatives the factory service warranty schedule that says oil change recommended for driving on dirt roads- All not positive experience. One of the reps said “ I haven’t seen this schedule book in a long time,
Also reps declining to include the oil change in the Toyota care in addition we had purchased extra service plan which I asked if that mattered and was told no. It would cost me $65 +.
I insisted / requested oil change as we were already 5,000 miles into the 10,000 prior oil change.
Additionally i received text to review the service and tire rotation was not marked as done. I went to service rep to ask about it and was told it just wasn’t checked, it was done, without checking on which vehicle or anything related to my concern.
When we checked out, I asked again as it was not checked as completed; I was told oh it was done. I was told the main check that was clicked on as all completed just didn’t fill in on the service report.
We paid the bill and waited. We stood and finally said where is our vehicle; was told it’s out there in the parking lot. We had to walk around trying to find it.
Unfortunately we will not return here, even though we purchased the vehicle from your dealership. We had a 1 1/2 drive to your dealership.
We did the 10,000 mile service at Spartanburg, but needed the NC inspection.
