I am satisfied and would go no where else for service but I do have one issue I told them my tire sensor light keeps coming on and off they said would check it out but still coming on so must have an issue somewhere else.

Great customer service! Montreko is the man! I use to take my Toyotas to Hickory but not anymore. The guys in Gastonia are way more organized and have way better customer service than Hickory does!

I was charged $350 for the 1.5 hour process of removing an after-market security system, plus almost $40 for shop supplies (like what?). That is an excessive amount, even if it is "by the book". I would never have brought my car in if I had known how much it was going to cost.

While I was there I went out in the parking lot & looked at the price of trucks. The new Tundras look cheap. And the Tacomas are made in MExico. I drove Datsuns/Nissan before I came to Toyota in 1992. I STOPPED BUYING NISSANS BECAUSE THE WERE MADE IN MEXICO! I recrntly bought a Used 2013 Tundra. I will not pay 62,000$ for a truck made in MEXICO!
