I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with having an appointment. Asked to have my tires also balanced but was told that they didn’t need it before even taking it back for service. Was going to be charged for a diagnostic review without being told of that upfront. Did not feel Kevin was happy with me for questioning that. Not a good experience this time

I asked for my tire pressure to be checked since my light was on. I was told it would be and when I picked up my car was told they took care of it. They did not and my light was still on. More than that, they didn’t even reset the maintenance needed information, so it still pops up each time I turn my car on.
