Superior customer service, drive from Hickory rather than dealing with the local dealer after using them for 25 years. I pulled into your service area today and Scott Wheatley recognized me. He showed me around and was very accommodating, nice to be treated like a customer again, folks at Mike Johnson lost that with their change in management, will be letting you folks take over my other 4-Runner also????

my experience was odd... I brought in for service.. I mentioned a concern I had with a noise in my wheel .. my car was kept for an extended amount of time to resolve noise issue..I was told it was fixed... it is still making noise... I did not even receive a receipt for my service... when I came in to pick up my vehicle ...I was the only client in the room... there were at least 4 or 5 employees behind counter... no one greeted me... no one made eye contact... I felt ignored.. I wonder if my car even got serviced... very sketch experience..I do not believe they even looked for the issue with my wheel...

My car is GT86 (2019). When I came back home today, I realized there was a tiny scratch mark on driver’s side door. I washed 86 few days ago, and there was no scratch mark. After I washed car, until I took 86 to you, there was no scratch mark. There was no proof it happened while I was waiting the service to be done, but I think highly likely it happened during the service. I may take 86 to you again in few months. I hope it won’t happen again. I like Toyota’s service. Thank you.

I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with having an appointment. Asked to have my tires also balanced but was told that they didn’t need it before even taking it back for service. Was going to be charged for a diagnostic review without being told of that upfront. Did not feel Kevin was happy with me for questioning that. Not a good experience this time
