To my understanding, there are no maintenance fees for cars under 2 years old and24,000 miles, but I was charged for 2 filters, also, when I got the maintenance plan, your accountant told me there would be no charges for 90000 miles, both untrue, I would not have gotten the 3000 + plan, so that's why I'm not satisfied, your personnel were and have always been amazing!! But I prefer not being lied to..donna

My tire pressure was 36 PSI after y'all worked on it and it's supposed to be 28 PSI also it was supposed to be a 10,000 mile oil change wrote it up for 15,000 and told me that the oil change was done at 5000 which I've never heard of
