He needs to pay attention to what the customer wants. I specifically said it was time for service and I needed the annual inspection at the initial conversation. At check out the inspection had not been performed and he said I didn’t mentioned it. Then after it was done he said the sheet was on the dash and it wasn’t in the car at all. He can do better than that
The staff at Gastonia have always treated my wife and myself with respect. Staff always explains every procedure before beginning work. Always a pleasure working with the friendly staff. Shout out to Kevin and Scott.

Experience took longer than expected wish I was given a time frame upfront other than sitting there wondering. This Toyota did not have a child center making it NOT kid friendly like the others I have been too. The environment of the staff was not friendly with communication not being friendly. My frustrations were when receiving the link of the walk thru I have never had to put thought the “maybe next” time part no communication was asked if I wanted to proceed or skip the extras instead frustration had already arisen when waiting to know why my vehicle was taking so long. Then being told I had to wait for the tech to bring the invoice to him other than him getting up to get it. This whole time was wasted time in my eyes with having my hands extremely full having to entertain kids after sitting there for 2hrs. I must add that everyone seemed unaware if this dealership honored others coupons. Having it pulled up and displayed when coming also asking over the phone when scheduled appointment I was told to ask upon approval when doing so the question was brushed off. Then at end of service the coupon couldn’t be located at the time making it more frustrating.
This was my least satisfied experience with Toyota. Leaving a bad taste with me with any more experiences at this dealership, which I was actively looking for another vehicle.
