Very professional and transparent about repairs .
We were there for just over two hours for nothing more than an oil change and air filter change. If nothing else, we should’ve been told that you were quite busy. Also, we told this to the gentleman that finally took us to our car. He did not say a thing about it. We think he could’ve at least had an apology or somehow otherwise let us know why things took so long.

Note that the tires were inflated to 35psi while the recommended tag on the door is 29psi (no big deal, I adjusted the pressure when the tires cooled off)
Standard Service coverage was under warranty!! Tires rotated also under warranty. Replaced cabin and air filters $108 . Was done in roughly an 1-1.5 hour, so satisfied with the service…
Received the survey but it wouldn’t allow me to enter any comments. When I tried a second time it said I already submitted my survey. John was personable, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of my vehicle’s status. I’ve come to expect high levels of customer service from Toyota of Gastonia and every time I’ve had my car serviced y’all exceeded my expectations.
