Clay was great. The parts department was not so good. Parts for my recal were ordered and then not to be found after they were in. I suspect they were used for another vehicle. So after a month I called again. Finall got the parts done.

Vehicles in general are needlessly complex, too big, and far too expensive. Parts and service are as well...to wit, my latest bill from your service department. $319.99 for a battery? And more than $70 for an oil and filter change? And a grand total of $583.28? Breathtaking...simply breathtaking. Looks like I'll continue servicing our vehicles myself if that's what you're going to charge, thank you very much.

I live 1 mile from Toyota of North Charlotte. I will drive to Gastonia for all my Toyota needs. Gastonia is the best. I’m 22 years with Toyota across the country. By far, Gastonia should be recognized in the top 1%.

Had oil change. The maintenance oil like kept coming on after I left the service center. Made me feel like the oil had not been changed. Went to start up car this morning
