Oil change reminder sticker was not changed to reflect oil change, was told service would take roughly 2-2.5 hours was not updated when it took over 3.5 hours no update from staff as to why, ask to have other fluid levels checked i.e. clutch reservoir, rear end, transfer case, manual trans levels, asked for this. Scale 1-10 I give it a 5
