The woret experience i have ever had. Quoted me wrong on price of service alot and expected me to pay it. I have been. Customer for years and years and did nothave the money. Would not have had you do it had i lnown. I just recently had some very serious surgery and teying to pY off hospital. I am truly sick of what happened today. Not sure i will be back.toyota has never treated me in this manner. I paid $234.00 also yesterday. I am retired and on a fixed income. Like i said i am just sick. This was your error.
I wanted to know that I paid $50 every month. Is this for car maintenance? Because I paid $514.60

I drove in from Gastonia because they didn't have the battery I needed in stock. I arrived less than an hour before closing and was very anxious about getting the battery replaced under warranty. She & her team went beyond by bringing my car to the front of the dealership since I walk slowly and with a cane. That helped me a lot. When I was ready to leave, a gentleman sitting at a desk near the door where my car was parked held the door for me and even offered to walk me to the car! Thanks to all these people for doing a great job with my car and with helping me.
