He did great. However some of the policies are not customer friendly. For example, I received an automatic payment request via text but it was for the wrong amount. There should be an override for someone to stop it coming through if not correct. Also, I wish someone could check my First Mile status before I get there. It should be documented on my account.

Devon does great however it took four days to put a starter in the car and I brought the car there at least four times and I get charged a diagnostic fee every time and some of them are for the same thing. I did a full car inspection less than 30 days ago And I’m hearing a clunking noise as I’m turning to the left and it never got addressed this time am I going to be spending another hundred and some dollars for a diagnostic since I have to bring it back again?
