Today I experienced especially slow service with no updates for an oil change/ safety inspection at my 0830 arrival time. I inquired about status at 10 am and was then updated. I have arrived before and gotten faster service with updates and left sooner.

Not satisfied with service last few visit wrong tires exchanged and when rained was like driving on ice had put two bald tires on rear not happy with service last few times wrong tires then two bald tires on rear when exchanged
