I made an appointment for service to cut down on my wait and an oil change and tire rotation took nearly 3 hours. I feel that was excessive.
Danielle was awesome. She was able to get my truck serviced an hour sooner than the time I was originally quoted.

I went for a service for the tires that I have on the car and because Toyota was having a sale buy three get one free. the service writer said it would be over in a few days and I made an appointment to get new tires by the last day, so my car was not serviced at all And I could not make the appointment or did not have the money so now my service was not done. I had no windshield wiper fluid in my car, etc. I think the service should be done no matter what …
that’s why I pay such a high price for my car payments that should be included no matter what I’m doing in the future
Clay was great when he helped me with a new battery and with my 25 thousand miles service.
