It’s ridiculous that it’s over a 2 hour wait for an oil change! I waited that long last time just for a tire rotation! Makes no sense!

It was my first time coming to your dealership. The gentleman who was waiting for me when I drove through the bay doors was very nice. His name was Walker. He tolls me where everything was while I was waiting for Michael. He was very helpful getting the information for my warranty that I purchased when I bought the car. He also let me know that the other dealership I went to had my recall part. They never called and told me they did that, or that I needed to come in. The waiting area was comfy but there were no electric plugs that I could see for people that might need them to charge. Thanks for the free WiFi ????. I will be coming to see you guys from now on.
I thsnk Toyota Gastonia for hreat service and honesty,I came in todsy for an oil change and your service man let me know my battery was bad and they replaced it and told me my battery had a lifetime warranty on it , so I did'nt have to pay anything for the new battery,thanks Toyota of Gastonia for the honedty I really did'nt know about the warranty,thanks again
