Lmao after paying $2400 for an exhaust leak (to get it smogged), I then "needed" an oil pump, which turned into needing a new engine, so I looked into a new "used vehicle" after offering 24k for 38k vehicle they still tried to push a 30k loan "for extras". Seriously over rated.. no matter thier rating!

Jenna is courteous and professional. We are very satisfied with the servicing of our vehicle ( Chrysler Pacifica). A braking system that was under warranty and a recall issue has been resoled. Thank you

The truck was there for 3 weeks and only one thing was fixed. I only had an answer about them not fixing the back window when I kept calling and was finally told they weren’t covering anything. Also took a week and lots of prodding to even have the transmission tech test drive the truck and then have him say I need to take it to GM. And the topper is that when they were doing something/nothing with the back window they broke the upper trim on the outside plus on the one thing they did do they didn’t put the trim pieces back up even after I pointed it out. All in this facility ****!!!!
