I had to call 5 times to get through to someone for a simple update on the prognosis. The sales manager ended up fielding the call he was the first person who actually answered the phone. I was told “answering the phone knowing the customer might be upset is difficult.” I have worked in customer service my entire life. A simple “we haven’t gotten to your truck yet” would have been nice. I picked up my truck, not fixed, I paid for the part. I will be back next week. I expect this will not happen a second time. Commercial vehicles loaded with tools should be a priority.

Great staff very professional and very welcoming and friendly!completely different from my experience with the previous staff,pretty bad that I had planned on never going back to this dealership !!new staff made it a lot more enjoyable!!!

I was cited my appointment would take an hour but maybe a little longer. I left to do errands and was dropped off 90 minutes later. When I asked for an update I was informed that my car had not even started yet. I understand things happen. I get that there are delays. But I had an urgent appointment later that day. Had I known there was a possibility of my supposed one hour time actually taking 4. I would have made it known and rescheduled for another date. Instead I got locked into waiting for my car. I am grateful that they made efforts to expedite things, unfortunately I received my car too late which then affected that appointment. I would not be writing this if there was a slight delay. But this was far, far, far more than a slight delay. On a side note, it took them easily 5-10 minutes to check me in and out. You should look at your software to see how it can be more efficient. That is a very, very, very long time compared to other services I’ve used and I don’t know why it would take that long unless your employees were playing minesweeper and intentionally delaying things.

We were told it would take a couple of hours for routing semiannual maintenance. Even tho I noted it in the pre registration, the service person did not know we had the extended CardinaleWay 5-yr service contract; he eventually found it. I received a follow up text offering a contact. 4 hours later I texted the contact, "What's the status." I never received a reply. We called twice only to be told the car was being worked on. I called again at 5 pm and got stuck in a voice mail tree waiting for an answer. I later received an email that the car was ready but service was closing at 6. So we rushed down an picked it up. This was not the service we were used to from Lithia.

My truck was dropped off on 5/1 at approx 10 am, for a warrantied oil leak. The job was supposed to take a full day. The truck was promised to be completed by mid day on 5/2, as I needed the vehicle to go to work on 5/3 to my job as a Fireman. I texted the advisor at approximately 10:30 am on 5/2 for an update regarding completion of the repairs. No text back was ever recieved. I then called the service center and left a message with no phone call back. I then recieved an update promising the truck would be complete around 3:30 to 4 pm on 5/2 and to expect a phone call to come pick up the vehicle. No phone call was ever recieved and I called at approximately 5pm on 5/2 and was told my advisor had left for the day and the status of the vehicle was unknown, but still showing “in progress”. This left me with no vehicle to drive to work and made me have to miss work for that day as it is my only means of transportation. The advisor not providing any updates or correspondence and leaving me high and dry is very unprofessional and caused me to miss work due to the lack of providing my vehicle back in a timely manner and as promised. It was made very clear that I needed the vehicle to be complete no later than the end of the day on 5/2 and that was blatantly disregarded and not communicated that it would not be complete. Very dissatisfied

Only person acknowledging customers presence innthe service dept. I usually have to wait 1 or so minutes for someone to welcome me and just tell me someone will help out soon. Sam welcomed me right away andbwas able to help a short time later. Thanks Sam!

Because the people that I brought it to **** lied to me, they told me that I needed a new engine. It was covered by warranty, which I knew it wasn't but they said it was so they charge me $1000 to tell me that I needed a new engine, but yet I only went in there because eight cylinder was bad so I asked him how much would it be to Replace the eight cylinder then it cost me another $300 for them just to look at to see how much it cost so now they want $1350 to look at my truck which has a blown engine or eight bad and his **** is it it's ****. They totally lied. They totally said they're gonna get the money for the new engine so they said you need a new engine now I'm **** because They want $22,000 for new engine. There's no pay that.
