Sam was great and pleasant. My only complaint is the dealership not having the part in stock that was required for the recall. It’s frustrating making an appointment and taking the time off work to drop the vehicle off and pick it up only to find out I’ll have to do this all over again. Maybe dodge should notify the dealerships of the recall so they can properly stock these item.
