Jena was terrific getting my vehicle done as quickly as possible.
I was told it would be done in a week. Than two and another weekend. I had to clean oil marks from the dash, visor (it’s still not coming out) and door panel. You guys didn’t even wash the truck after having it since 3/1…. To the point that the person who got my truck for me apologized. This isn’t my first bad experience
Paul did a great job getting my recall fixed and keeping me updated. I would recommend Paul to anyone who has to do business in the service department

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation set for 1:30 on Friday. They told me it would take about an hour and a half and I would get a call when it's ready. At 5:30 I call since I have not heard anything to find out they said it looks like the techs forgot about it and already left for the day. They promised it could be done first thing in the morning and it would be finished by 8:30 to which I agreed but informed them I really need it right when it's done because I have other appointments on Saturday. On Saturday, I received an email at 8:40ish saying it's almost done and that they are prepping it for me to have it back and will call when it's ready. Finally I had enough waiting because I still heard nothing and really needed my vehicle, so I went in at close to 11 to see what the hell is going on. When I get there, they said it's been ready since 7:45... I told them I was waiting for a call and they apologized and said the system might be acting up. Overall, **** this place. Wasted so much of my time and I needed a vehicle to run errands I had committed to. Would have been fine if there was a loaner vehicle but nope, sold them all off I was told. No compensation of any kind... nothing but a sorry. What kind of place forgets to do their job when a person had an appointment? Was looking at a vehicle for my wife while I was there but this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not do business here or any other dealerships owned by the same people. Clearly they do not respect my time.

Horrible service, weeks of delays, picked up vehicle with check engine light on again. Quality control and attention to detail lacking. Multiple calls I had to make to Chrysler to speed things along. Full voicemails often full the staff is overwhelmed with calls and customers all day long.
Only your representative can answer any questions and impossible to get a hold of.
Taking to another service dealer
I’m waiting for a response to a problem with the installation, software is not working. I’m also waiting for information about the damage to the driver side windowsill it says to replace but there’s no information about getting it done. Otherwise my running boards are working great.

I asked an employee to turn off the very loud TV (with “Capt Underpants”). I was trying to do work on my laptop. The female employee I asked for help was VERY rude and informed me that I was “not the only customer.” So I asked the other 2 customers in the llounge if they were watching the TV: one was reading the paper, the other was reading his phone. Both said “no” and that they had no problem with turning it off. The employee was quite put out about the request and compromised by changing the channel and turning the volume down. Not a welcoming experience.
Joe is very professional and courteous. I had my ecodiesel motor fail on my 2018 RAM, luckily I have the MOPAR 100,000 mile warranty that covered the replacement! Joe keeper me posted through the insurance process as well as updates on the delivery of the new motor! Once the replacement work started he updated me regularly, even sent me a few pictures! Something I really appreciated.. the process was 2 months and a week..
And when I brought the truck in for noise that started after it was returned he was able to get me in immediately to check!

The scheduled recall service didn't have all the parts for the recall. This was the second time we were called in to perform this recall but the shop was unable to deliver. Not good for customer satisfaction. Somewhere the system broke down.

From the beginning, no one explained the check in process. In which my driver got blocked in and when asked for them to move their vehicle, so we can back up an leave we received quite the attitude. I shrugged that off maybe they were late and forgot their morning coffee. Upon picking up my vehicle they handed me paperwork and then could not find my keys. Thankfully my partner found them on the front driver seat. Highly unprofessional to leave them in there and if that wasn't enough.. Just before leaving I'm reading the paperwork. They did NOT do anything but order parts. Why was this not told to me? I went back inside to be told we'll contact you once they arrive. Okay sure because I have another whole day to waste leaving my car. If it wasn't for the replacement being a recall I would not go back.
It was fun to witness Samuel out with the new system! He did great on it! I was always was jealous whoever got Samuel as their service dude, but finally I got him! I explained my issues and my financial situation and we were able to figure out that something that worked for all of us and definitely will help the car. I'll definitely be back to do general maintenance with y'all because of Samuel. Thanks again Samuel!
