I always take my truck to see Jena. She’s very knowledgeable. Gets me in on time takes care of the problem and it’s wonderful to talk to always a pleasure to come in there when she’s there she makes me feel like I’m the only customer there even though she’s working with several people at the same time very great multitasker, and a wonderful person. Exactly what your company needs.!!!

I don't need anyone to contact me but here was my experience. I brought my car in on a Monday morning and told, by service advisor Ben, it'd be ready Tuesday by 10am. I never got a call that the car was ready, and when I did call (numerous times), I was transferred to Ben and his voice mail. Turns out Ben was on vacation so I'm not sure why I was transferred to his line if no one was going to be checking his voice mails. Then after calling twice Wednesday morning to get the status of my car, I was told it was ready for pick up and I said I'd be on my way. I paid, and then waited 30 minutes for my car to be brought around. The communication breakdown was really bad. And when calling to get the status of your car, you should be able to get an answer without being transferred. It turns out my car was ready on Tuesday so went 24 hours without it when I didn't have to.

I was very pleased with the way Samuel Bullen handled my service experience today. When I realized it would take a couple of hours longer than I planned (I added more to my original request), he even went so far as to track down someone to give me a ride home when all the usual shuttle drivers were already out. This is the second time I’ve had Samuel as a Service Advisor, and he was just as impressive as the first time. The entire service crew is the reason I keep coming back to the Cardinaleway location.
