The replacement part that they applied for me, did not work properly, also other components to the vehicle that are not working properly. The vehicle was not detailed whatsoever, when I arrived to my house, I found crumbs, food, trash, old toys, and anything else you can think of underneath the seats in the storage compartments, everywhere in the vehicle. Absolutely 100% disappointed with this business, and I will never ever do business here again.

Service advisor Jenna is very unprofessional and does not have any good communication. Does not seem to be the first time either.

I am completely happy with Jena that helped me . Except the fact it took 2 weeks to fix my truck and I was not told how long the process was gonna take I was forced to pay friends to give me a ride to and from work and all I asked for in return was a oil change for my inconvenience of having my truck for so long . And yet I didn’t even get that . Kinda frustrating
