Only put down an oil change. I didn't catch it until my appointment was over. I got a oil change but no tire rotation.
I sure had a great experience. The car was fixed as promised. The process was hassle free. And the staff were professional.

Absolutely horrible communication and follow up as well as the vehicle taking close to a Month to complete the work costing me hundreds in rental fees. I would not recommend to anyone service was ridiculous
1st issue is that the service dept didn't even have my vehicle down under the correct name.
2nd issue is that my wife left her number as she was the one who took in the vehicle & was picking it up. Which delayed pickup by 40 mins as she was onsite waiting.
3rd issue was the vehicle was set for an oil change & a tire rotation, which the tire rotation was NEVER done, only to be told "well at least you didn't have to pay for it" like really?! Our time is more important! Waiting 3hrs for only an oil change is ridiculous!
4th issue My wife had to hunt someone down for info on a vehicle as nobody bothered to ask if she needed assistance. We are in the market for a Hellcat. We've done purchased 5 vehicles & wanted to get my 6th, but with the service, or lack there of, we've decided to go elsewhere.
Last issue is that these surveys are never followed through. This isn't my 1st bad experience with your service dept & was assured someone would contact me, it never happened. The customer service & one on one care that was Lithia Dodge is no longer there.
Jena and Rick were very helpfull. Other than that Paul was no help. Brought my car in ti get an oil change 1 hour prior to appointment at 915am. Assured it would be done by 2pm I waited patiently. Instead I got a phone call from Paul asking if they could keep my car overnight for an oil change. I refused as the phone call was 6 HOURS after I dropped the car off originally. Paul said ok give me ten minutes and I’ll call you back. 1 hour after the phone call from Paul is when he called me stating he could change the oil. This is now 330-4pm. I get a call 15 mins after that saying my car is ready. Wow 15 minutes is all it took?! I expressed my frustrations to Paul in which no accountability was taken. Rather an excuse stating some of his employees called out of work. I thanked him for the work and went about my day. After getting on the freeway I realized not only did you guys not change the oil sticker in the window but you didn’t reset my oil light in my car. WAIT THERES MORE. This is the second time this EXACT situation has happened. Why am I taking my car to get serviced when you can’t even replace a simple sticker or light on my car? Absolutely frustrated with the lack of care.
Very knowledgeable, and treated me as if I was part of the CRdinaleWay family. I will only bring my vehicle here from now on
