She didn’t call to let us know the car was ready. My wife had to go down there and find the car and then work with the manager to get checked out because she had left work early and the car looks like it was parked in a dirt lot for two days because it is very dirty . we are very dissatisfied in the lack of communication And the fact that nobody seemed to know what was going on when we got there to pick it up.
