Basically this dealership has scammed me from a routine retail repair into a transmission replacement. My car was running perfectly before I brought it in to CardinaleWay way and it malfunctioned on the highway (threat to my safety) about 20 minutes after leaving the dealership. You have ceased to communicate well since I declined a $14,000 service on my car. This experience has been awful!
I wen in on my appointment,no part in stock.could not complete recall.rescheduled appointment,complied.Rescheduled for 3rd time,returned for Appointment at 9:00 ,was done at 2:45. Not really happy,But Job done..
Joe was genuinely concerned about solving the issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle.
Too much waiting. Waited over 10 minutes to be checked in and another 10-15 minutes for someone to grab my truck after it was serviced. Staff were very polite though.
Morris Joe Fidalgo, was very kind and helpful, he explained the situation with my van parts he ordered them and he gave me the papers I need to present to the DMV, I really appreciate his help.

I dropped it off at 7:00, called and left 4 messages for Joe until 2:00. Finally I talk to Michael Hansen and he spoke to the foreman and got me up to date info. I was able to return my rental car.

I was not notified timely that additional service, a fuel filter was needed, I would have done it during this appointment. Additionally the troubleshooting of the transmission thst I paid for was not complete as they didn’t have time to take it for a drive up a hill
Car in for over 2 months. 16 phone calls in and 2 calls back. General Manager and Service Manager’s voicemail boxes were full and could not leave messages. Had to go in to get updates weekly. Gave me wrong info, stated parts were in when they were not. Stated parts were ordered when they were not. Informed me wrong part info. Called Dodge’s Corporate office to have parts expedited. Service Receptionist (Jenna) again gave me wrong part and I had Dodge Corporate expedite the wrong part per her information that was provided. Then found that part was not ordered for 2 months. Worst experience I ever had. Will not come back and would not recommend to anyone. Honestly going with Ford in the future based on my experience with CardinaleWay. Manager stated for my troubles he would detail my truck and then the day I was to pick it up he called to say the hose broke.
