I had a transmission flush done on my vehicle. By the time I drove to my house in hopland I found that it was shifting weird. I checked the dip stick and found that there wasn’t any fluid on it. I checked the pan gasket and didn’t see any leaks. So the mechanic must have skipped the part about refilling the fluids. Then when I came for a follow up inspection they wouldn’t put in the report that there was no fluids because I added fluid in order to drive it back. Not even an offer to reimburse me for my time and materials which I already paid the dealership for. Worst experience here, usually the service is great. Definitely not this time

I had a hard time getting ahold of someone to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Was put on recording several times and the to gohad to go to the dealership to find out. Was not ready when said it would be. At dealership so long, it was caked with dust when got it back. It was filthy. Other places wash your car for you.
Sam(Ben)was great. The whole team is awesome. They are all hard working and do their best to put the customer first. You all have a customer for life.

I understand being short staffed and waiting for someone to sign me in, but not being acknowledged ****. I started the appointment feeling like if you don’t care about the person in front you, how well are you going to take care of my vehicle.
The waiting room is nice, but the tv doesn’t work because a credit card is required. I didn’t care about watching tv, but it felt pretty low rent. The same with the mostly empty drink refrigerator.
completely unsatisfactory service
I was told I could only have an appointment as early as 9 o’clock and then when I got there, there was plenty of people ahead of me and the service provider told me that that was not true. They open at 8 o’clock. I could’ve had an earlier appointment so I sat there for 3 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change absolutely ridiculous in my eyes, I’ve always had the first appointment of every Saturday that I’ve taken my vehicle in there. This was the first time that I was lied to and told that I couldn’t get an appointment before 9 o’clock because of how long it takes to be the first appointment without anybody being behind so very frustrated with the whole process never had these issues when the company was Lithia nothing but problems sent it changed ownership
Everything was great, except they were not able to complete the transmission troubleshooting test drive again. This location is very short staffed and very busy.

It was a horrible experience. There was no communication, I left five voicemails and showed up eight hours later just to find out my representative left early and no one knew the status of my vehicle. They told me I couldn’t have my vehicle back without paying a fee which all items to be fixed were covered under warranty. The next day I was texted that the manager had dropped the ball the day before and never called after the representative left. Finally after several more voicemail's and written messages other staff left for the manager, I finally got a call back with an update and a promise to get a call back on Monday with more. Monday no updates, I called several times and had other staff leave written messages and emails just to find out the following day he was off. He did apologize he didn’t call even though he said he would. Finally got my car back after it being there for seven days! Without warning I was with my car for a week, no offer of a loaner or anything. I am a working mom and this was outrageous. I then was shocked after all of this that they made me pay the deductible, for how much money I was out the company should have covered it.
