Samuel was the first person we met when walking in for our service appointment. He greeted us immediately and patiently walked us through the process of getting our new Cherokee registered for its first 5k service. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman, I was appreciative that he spoke to BOTH myself and my husband with equal attentiveness. When our vehicle was ready to be picked up he had us in and out quickly. A very positive and pleasant experience all around
So I took my car in for a minor repair and it was absolutely butchered. They took it back and said they’d fix it but it still sounds like a busted Honda civic when you start it up. Stunning level of ineptitude coming from the service department.
Told me I needed new breaks and rotors and would cost $3000.00. Took my car to have the breaks and rotors checked elsewhere and was shown that my breaks were fine and pads were only 30% worn. Your service department is untrustworthy and I will no longer do business with your dealership.
I was told before I made the appointment to repair the U90 recall that the parts department had the necessary parts. I checked in at 8:45 AM. I requested that in addition to the recall repair that the service department also provide the 10 point inspection. Around noon I received a call from the service department that they in fact did not have all of the parts and that they have put them all on order. Also, that if I have not heard back from them in two weeks that I should call to check on the status of the parts. I couple hours later I returned to pick up the car. The 20 point inspection had not been completed. I waited another 45 minutes to have that inspection completed. Seems like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed.
It took a long time to fix because of incorrect parts

I want to express my disappointment with my service advisor, Mark Winkler. I believe he tried to upsell me on a service for my one-year-old Jeep that may not have been necessary. He quoted me $1600 for this service, which I found to be excessive. I suspect that he may have assumed I was not well-informed about car maintenance because I am a woman, and thus attempted to take advantage of me. I feel discriminated against based on my gender due to the way he interacted with me about this service quote.

I was told my truck should be done within 1.5 hrs. I waited for 3 hrs and out that they didn't started working on truck my truck yet. I was so at that moment I started to lose my patience. I'll not recommend this place to ANYONE!

A difficult situation with my warranty contract and an incomplete repair job on the first attempt. Joe finally got things straight and got me a rental vehicle and the repair was done correctly the second time!
Very bad service, never will be back there any more and will never referral with any of my friends or relatives.
