Worst customer service I’ve ever had in a car dealership. Feel like I’m getting scammed or held hostage by the manufacturer. Terrible communication I must’ve called and left messages 20 times with very few callbacks. My truck was there for almost a month because of an ABS light, and I just picked it up because I need the truck and the problem still is not fixed

Did not get any real information on what test was ran on my vehicle and why they believed the results were what they were. Thumbs down.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient
Oil filter wasn’t put on right or faulty product, left the service station. Drove 6 miles and then car started to show me oil pressure was low and the suv started to make noise and vibrate. Drove it back and let them know what was happening. The staff are great and they took it back and fixed it. I was offered a complimentary detail cleaning but they just did the outside and vacuum the front mats. Dashboard wasn’t wiped, which I just find weird.
I get my car back and it sounds better and I drive off. Then all the sudden the engine started to make a whoop whoop sound. So I open the hood. It was coming from the oil filter area. The protective cover wasn’t put on properly . I made a call to make another appointment for this morning. As I was driving to appointment I heard no sound, so I called and canceled due to I already missed a day of work yesterday. . I let them know if I hear that sound again I will call.
I’m really not a complainer , but I thought you should know what happened. Also I paid 900.00 in service fee so I really think the mechanics should have done a better job. I’m now a little paranoid about my car making it to my vacation destination next month.

My only concern was that for some reason my hood had been opened and then was not closed completely, lifting up as I was driving away. I pulled over and released the hood completely and closed it completely.

While the advisor did a good job of ordering the part for the recall, i also asked him about the smell of fuel in the cabin i get sometimes. He completely neglected that matter, gave me an outrageous estimate of cost for a service i don't need andsent me on my way. I honestly felt like i was at a timeshare sales pitch... not something i enjoy. I hope this answers your question
Mark is the kind of person that I would deal with in any situation, he tells it like it is, and takes care of business, and is very professional about it.
Jena was great! Very personable and seemed to be a hard worker.
Waiting 2 and a 1/2 hours is the hard part.
It took 6 weeks to get it coordinated & scheduled. Communication was non- existent in the first 3 weeks., I had to call to get updates and when I did svc person was not always on top of the service plan. It involved an outside vendor which I understand makes it trickier but clear regular expectation setting communication is key … and didn’t happen in the first 3 weeks. Svc person was positive & nice but seemed like she was trying to make up for the early missteps. Unfortunately she didn’t stay on top of it from the beginning . Anyhow not a good smooth experience. Paul the driver was terrific. Gracious & professional. Repairs are good.

Last 2 oil changes took almost 3 hours to complete the task when I was promised the truck within 60 - 90 minutes. If it's going to take 3hrs then say it will take 3hrs.
