Made an appointment for an oil change took almost 3 hours with me waiting there. Not sure what the point of an appointment and still taking that long. Over the years maybe an hour but 3 is totally unacceptable.
I have had bad service in the past, but the service that I received today was very professional
I was sitting in the waiting room and I did overhear customers that were waiting and seemed disappointed, one woman Expressed that she was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change
my oil change was done immediately, and all of my requests were met
Very good service. Besides the drivers were very helpful and nice. I use a cane, when I was going into my van one leg gave up and I fell. Two of your young women came out and helped me to get up. They were very caring, they offer me water and go inside. I was doing ok and I left. Please give them thank you for their help and care. I am 85 years old.
I specifically said I needed my van for a work trip on Thursday, and was assured it would be ready on Wednesday. On Wednesday I never received a call, I had to call and find out it would NOT be ready on Wednesday. So now I missed the work trip to meet my client. LIVID.
Thank you. Good service made easy.
Samuel Bulllen’s service was excellent in assisting with coordinating my repair.
I appreciated Michael’s kindness and care. He kept me informed of the progress of my Fiat, called me promptly to let me know the work on my car was finished and let me know of future needed repairs. I asked for some cost estimates which were included in the paperwork when I picked up my car. I had a question or two when I was waiting for my car and those questions were relayed to Michael. Michael called me up shortly after I left and answered my questions clearly and succinctly. Kindness goes a long way, and Michael was just that!
Jena is great and always makes sure I get the service that I need on my truck.
Jena is a star. Great communicator, takes detailed notes, helpful with a smile.
Joe was very nice when I dropped my Jeep off. The inspection found a leaky heater core just as I suspected after smelling stuff coming from my heater vents. We proceeded with that fix. The day I was going to pick my jeep up they told me my radiator was leaking from a fitting that was unfixable. (It was not leaking when I dropped it off) I actually asked if the fitting could be fixed to a NO answer from Michael n tech guy. Michael (manager) Tried selling me $2k OEM or 1,700 aftermarket. I decided to take it home without fix. Hoped in and found my airbag light on. Went in to notify them and tech came out and realized he forgot to plug my airbags back in. Drove home, fixed radiator fitting, test drive, no leak. When to double check other work, technician sandwich all my stereo wires between components essentially locking them in place, even through foam gaskets. Called to take back jeep in the following morning for fixing wires and missing floor board light housing. Drove there with no drips from radiator and no drips after turning in keys. Joe said they can't get a hold of light housing due to to old of vehicle, I'll have to get aftermarket on my own. Said they have fixed my wiring though, I shall see. I'll pick up today.
Iman greeted me with a smile and willing to assist. She listened and made sure she noted the issues with my jeep for the service tech. She texted me during the day to see if I have any question. And, sent me a text that my jeep was ready and scheduled for the shuttle to pick me up. Which I never received before..nice touch! She explanined the issues been found but had to order the parts; I will be coming back in a few weeks when the parts
The mechanics apparently made a mistake. The car is running fine after the spark plugs were replaced and some bolts were tightened. 200$ fix. Not 4800$. Maybe some retraining needs to happen. The only reason I'd come back is because I trust Jena! She is great!
The personal it's very good and nace equiment
