Very personable and she dove into my question and produced a solution in a very timely manner. She has kept me in the loop during the whole recall process. I have always had my service work done in Petaluma at the Ram dealer but they kept putting off on this recall because they didn’t “have the parts” and Jena and your service team were able to get it started the first day I came into your dealership. You will have my business from here on out.

I was completely unsatisfied with my experience today…..it took 3 hours for your service people to do my oil change…and no one came to tell me of a delay….when I asked I was told it was because “you came in over the lunch hour”, which wasn’t true as my appointment was at 10:45 am and I actually arrived 10 minutes early, making it 75 minutes before lunch - in the time when Lithia ran this dealership it never took more than 60-75 minutes for an oil change…..I also received a text that I was a no show for my appointment which leads me to believe that the contact person never entered my arrival/car into the appointment system, which led to the ridiculous delay I experienced today. Please either hire more people and/or train your current ones on better customer service.

This is the second time I have left my vehicle with your company where I could not get a response for days about my car. When I say no response I mean just that. No call backs. No call answered. When somebody did respond he said he would call me next morning with an update. No call. The lack of prosseionalism is breath taking to me
