Paul was had above and beyond great customer service. I had a tricky situation with my vehicle, instead of giving up and sending me on my way he exhausted every option available to him until the problem was solved. Because of his great customer service I am consider buying my next car here and have future service needs at this dealership

The service /check -in was excellent and the mechanic was able to figure out the problem immediately when another Dodge Service Center was unable to do so.

This was the first time that my Jeep was serviced on time. I had an appointment at 8:30 am and it was done by 8:35. Usually it takes 1 1/2 hours.
We will NEVER bring our car here again for standard oil change as it was backed into and wrecked the car. This was a brand new car First oil change Car was repaired and no paper was given about what repairs occurred and no paper signed that states any problems free to repair Service manager Refused to write a paper with details or guarantee to repair in future. Then went to leave and blocked the car in for 20 minutes The absolute worst experience with car dealers service department EVER!!! Then the salesman called on Saturday to exchange the car I was given due to selling it and brought the customers to my house MY ADDRESS when exchanging cars and left car that had NO Gas and flashed immediately when I got into to drive this car. I do not even know how they made it to my house it was so empty. The worst service in my life and no one from upper management even reached out to us. Unbelievable!

There’s still a squeak sound! And I’m just surprised that you didn’t charge it. It would’ve been nice. Just a little extra added customer service. Other than that Ben was fantastic as far as keeping Tom and I informed on the details. Tom said the car runs better now than before
