I’m from Sacramento but work in Santa Rosa with my truck. My wife came from Sacramento to do this errand for the truck and our safety (warranty recall) she dropped off the truck weds morning and wasn’t given paper work and told that it would be done by the end of the day or early the next but she would get a call that day to let her know. No one called for two days for then to find out when I called expecting it to be done by Thursday afternoon when I called no one knew anything about my truck!? Not the service advisor or where it was or if it had even been started… which they hadn’t at all. I had to wait until Friday afternoon when I got off work to pick it up. The most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. Total negligence. I hope the mechanics work is better and my truck safe and not like the advisors and receptionists of this dealership.
Your computer system thought I had an appt in L.A. Confirmed it was Santa Rosa. Got a text msg that I missed my appt. an hour after I checked in to SR service. System still thought I was supposed to be in L.A.

I’m suppose to have the oil changes built into my car loan. I understand the business was sold so today when I dropped off my car for an oil change the gentleman told me my bill would be $248. Only then was I told how they will no longer honor my oil changes bc the dealership had sold and they have been honoring it for two years. Was very disappointed with how it was handled.

Other than the price $400 to clean a hose everything went well so far got to drive the car for a few days to make sure problem is solved
You need to get the oil change for life back in place a lot of people bought that which I think was a turning point of buying the car or a vehicle something has to be done
