The only comment that I might have is that the scheduler could have told me that the mechanics went to lunch at noon and they wouldn't work on my car for the hour until they got back.
But jenna was excellent.She took good care of me and kept me updated

Sam is great. Sam actually cares about me and helping to get my vehicle repaired; unlike Dodge corporate whom I will discuss this at great length with during my deposition.
Paul was so kind and reassuring with timely updates. He advocated kindly for the entire shop to explain the process. He was upfront and told the truth and did not tell people what they wanted to hear. As I sat and waiting for my car, I saw three instances where Paul would offer a water to customers sitting down. He walked an elderly customer to the refreshments and helped pick out a drink and showed them how the coffee and tea machine worked. Because of Paul’s customer service, I will be coming back for more maintenance, rather than Firestone or Pep boys.
All of the items listed to be completed where not done, tires not inflated, batteries were supposed to be cleaned and new pads installed and that was not done. I’m sure there are more which I need to double check all the things that where not completed.I called this afternoon to see why and never received a phone call back

As always I had a wonderful experience, Paul, Michael and the entire service team were warm and friendly, I was updated constantly on the status of my vehicle while in service. Pricing and what was going to be done was clear and easy to understand. Everyone at Cardinaleway did a wonderful job and I look forward to bringing all of my vehicles in for service.
The technician was great. They did not have the headlight in stock and had to go get the part and once received we were prioritized to a certain extent and that was appreciated. The big issue here is that we had to come in to get our headlight changed. Think about that, a headlight that needs to be handled by the dealership. I couldn’t do it and neither could my local mechanic. Not only that, but the headlight cost $600 to replace, about $500 of which was the part itself. That is insane and I will never forgive Jeep for this sort of price gouging.

The total amount I paid was over $300 more than expected. While picking up the vehicle there were 2 additional items brought up that needed repair. I am taking the vehicle to a trusted mechanic to get a second opinion

Pretty expensive for an oil change.
I dropped the truck off the previous night for an early pick up and got a missed appointment text for the third time! I do it this way because I need my truck.
