The process is never very smooth. I scheduled an appt at 730, and the doors don’t open until 731. Keith was good, very engaging and personable. The dept manager needs to spend some time in the department and figure out how to improve the Customer service. Having signs up telling me to rate a 9 or 10 is just plain lazy and insulting. Most of the people I have dealt with have wanted to assist the customers, I believe the management needs to take a closer look at the operation and make some tweaks in the process to be able to qualify for a completely satisfied score from me.

Poor communication. Job wasn’t finished when it was supposed to be. After the service my truck was supposed to be washed.. it wasn’t.

I don’t like that you’re charging me 3% on my credit card. I’m also self-employed and if I would charge it to my customers they would leave me that’s inappropriate that has nothing to do with my service provider and also the job they did on my truck I just don’t like the fact that you’re charging me that 3% that ****

Jenna is always so thorough kind and helpful whenever I receive service. She is most definitely deserving of an all expenses, paid vacation and a raise.
Paul was extremely helpful he listened to concerns and committed to addressing the problems. These issues were previously overlooked by past service advisors , meaning they still have not been resolved. I trust that Paul will help resolve the problems , it’s refreshing to have someone who cares and understands , we have been given the run around the past couple years trying to get issues resolved.
Samuel was great. He attended to me as soon as I walked into service office and has my truck taken back into service area. I spent no time sitting around waiting for anything. Thanks Ben.
Was surprised at over $100 labor fee for an oil change, coming from Arizona and other dealerships that is not normal. No complaint just was taken back by that.
