Honestly i feel like i’m always doing a bunch of unnecessary stuff and walking out spending at least twice whats actually mechanically needed to maintain my truck.

No one is helpful. Everyone seem to be overwhelmed and stressed. Paul Young was different he wanted to do try his best to make sure I was satisfied. He did his best. I was trying to speak with the service manager so many times and was getting the run around for months. This place sold me a car with after market parts and did not tell me. Now the parts are bad and they are telling me the warranty won’t cover them or them. Straight bs! I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. It’s a scam. They get over on people. Thank you to Paul though you were awesome! Thanks for helping me out and keeping me updated with everything.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life.
I'm following with corporate based on my negative experience. My service provider was not forthcoming and did not provide quality customer service nor did Jena Campbell have any care or compassion. It took 6.5 weeks to get my vehicle back when I was told on 8/9 it needed a new engine. The customer service representative misguided me and then was completely unapologetic. It was a negative experience from start to finish and am very dissatisfied and will never purchase a Jeep again based off this experience alone.
Labor costs are almost equal to parts cost

Jena is friendly and does a great job!
Everything went smooth and my truck is better then when I left it even seems to drive better. The steering wheel was set strait to. It was so easy since the call to make the appointment, drop it off and pick it up. Thank you for the quality service
