Had a coupon from mopar for synthetic oil change, tire rotation “and much more”. “Service”
Advisor refused service. said you did not participate in offer. This iis 70 mile round trip. I forgot coupon but when I got home cardinals was specifically shown as dealer. When I went again he said same thing. I asked for svc mgr and he said mgr was busy but as “one time courtesy” they would do oil change. No tire rotation, didn’t even reset wrench idicator or show which oil used. I know quality dealer service and this ain’t it. I responded to Jena Campbell form letter, she did not return request and in my opinion is worthless
Jenna was professional and did do what she stated..got me in early and completed the oil change.. The tech left the seat out of adjustment...but Im just particular..I know what a tech should do

I don't think you care about doing the right thing! My truck was there for over two months and you guys wanted to over charge me I just picked my truck today and the check engine light came on! Now I have to take it back to you guys again and who know when I will get it back!
I was upset when I was told your dealership would no longer honor my lifetime oil change contract from Lithia. You bought the dealership and all that went with it. You should honor any agreements that were in place when you took over their business. Please respond with with your thoughts

My tires were left low in air. I think they should have been checked after rotation. That’s all.

$300 dollars is very expensive for an oil change and multi point inspection. I was Quoted $400 to change the drive belt not including the belt tensioner, pulley, or bearing. That is way too much for just the belt. And 2.5 hours wait time is excessive.
I really appreciate how she handled the situation with the extended warranty claim thanks.
