My wife wasted 2 hours of her day to get home and find out the vehicle was not fixed and the shuttle driver did not pick her up… so far its one of the worst experiences i have had with a dealership service dept…
Put in call too service manager today to discuss the experience and he promised a call back to make it right…

The service was fast and I asked about future oil changes in Idaho where I am moving and was told to just find a Litha dealership and I can still get my oil change for free. Thanks to your service person.

You will not honor my lifetime oil any longer. You always try to upsell your prices are much higher than other places and you charge a service fee for credit card. I most likely not gonna buy a vehicle from you guys or come back to you again.
